Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 July 2026

  1. Service. HomeHealthGuide provides (a) free educational content and self-tracking tools, and (b) paid telemedicine reviews/consultations delivered personally by Dr. Devanshu Rathee, MD, Reg. No. 117010, under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020. The platform is operated by HomeHealthGuide (proprietor: Dr. Devanshu Rathee, MD, Reg. No. 117010); the clinical service is rendered by the named doctor, not by the company.
  2. Not for emergencies. The service must not be used for emergencies. Red-flag readings receive a direction to immediate in-person care and no paid offer.
  3. Educational vs clinical. Tracker feedback, articles, streaks, and AI summaries are educational and are not diagnosis or treatment. Individualized medical advice is given only inside a paid review/consult after consent and identity confirmation.
  4. Eligibility. 18+ and physically located in India. One account per person; accurate information required.
  5. Consent and records. Paid reviews proceed only after you reply YES to the consent script. Records are retained per law; see the Privacy Policy.
  6. Prescriptions. Issued only where TPG 2020 permits (mode- and drug-list-dependent). Schedule X/narcotics are never prescribed remotely. No guarantee that a consult ends in a prescription.
  7. Fees and taxes. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is to HomeHealthGuide (proprietor: Dr. Devanshu Rathee, MD, Reg. No. 117010) via Razorpay/UPI. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  8. Shop and affiliate features. Where the app/site shows devices, lab bookings, pharmacy links, or nutraceuticals: fulfilment is by licensed third parties; we may earn a disclosed commission; nutraceuticals are supplements, “not for medicinal use”, never a substitute for prescribed medication; nothing in the shop is individualized medical advice.
  9. Community. Public Q&A answers are general education only. Do not post others’ personal data. We moderate and may remove content; grievance channel below.
  10. Acceptable use. No misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or unlawful content.
  11. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the platform’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The doctor’s professional duty to patients is governed by medical law, not reduced by these terms.
  12. Grievance Officer. Dr. Devanshu Rathee, grievance@homehealthguide.in — acknowledgment 48h, resolution 30 days.
  13. Governing law. India.

HomeHealthGuide is not for emergencies. For chest pain, breathlessness, BP above 180/120, or sugar below 70 / above 300, seek in-person care immediately or call 108 / 112.
