Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Paid review not yet started: full refund on request.
  2. Review delivered: no refund (professional service rendered), but genuine quality concerns → grievance officer, case-by-case remedy.
  3. Membership: cancel anytime, effective next cycle; no partial-month refunds; annual plans refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.
  4. Emergencies redirected before payment are never charged.
  5. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

HomeHealthGuide is not for emergencies. For chest pain, breathlessness, BP above 180/120, or sugar below 70 / above 300, seek in-person care immediately or call 108 / 112.
